Previously, the High Level Alchemy value of raw cod was 15.On top of that the Menaphos fishing spot is only one type, so no needing to right click. You will unlock a bank deposit box right next to the harbor, improved fishing chance, and a VIP area with a bank chest and higher fishing rates/longer lasting spots, as you improve your reputation. Because of this, it's not an effective place to fish. As you fish at Menaphos you will earn reputation. There's no bank on the whole island, and players can only fish when they are in human form, which means the monsters on the island will become aggressive. There is a fishing spot located near the agility course and another on the south-west side of the island. Feldip Hills: There are aggressive enemies nearby.Just like the Cage/Harpoon spots, the Net/Harpoon spots here are very close to a bank and excellent for players who don't like a lot of company when they fish. Jatizso: Requires The Fremennik Isles.As with the Net/Bait spots here, this area is too far from a bank to be practical. This area is notable for its especially high density of Net/Harpoon spots-there are a lot of them very close together, so not a lot of running around is needed to get from one spot to another. There is a bank in Burgh de Rott not too far from these spots. Burgh de Rott: Requires In Aid of the Myreque.Rellekka: This location isn't very useful.It is usually recommended because it is close to the bank and there are a lot of fishing spots. Fishing Guild: The closest spot to a bank, with a fishing shop in the area as well as a spawn of a harpoon and a big net.Catherby beach: A popular spot that's close to a bank.There are 7 fishing locations at which cod can be caught: It is also used for the Cold War quest, but it can be substituted with the use of the activated Ring of Charos. What drops dragon harpoon Osrs The dragon harpoon is a possible reward from killing Wyrms assigned by the new slayer master, Konar quo Maten. Swordfish spots can be found in Catherby, Karamja, and the Fishing Guild. Raw cod is used for the Freeing Pirate Pete section of the Recipe for Disaster quest. You are at a fishing spot to catch sharks, which takes level 76 fishing. The most common spot to fish cod is Catherby. It can be cooked into cod with level 18 cooking. It requires a Fishing level of 23 to catch and grants 45 fishing experience per catch. Where to Find: Just north of the bank and furnace, in the river that runs through the town.Raw cod is a fish that can be caught with a big fishing net at any Net/Harpoon fishing spot. Catching fish with this harpoon have a 33 chance of cooking the caught fish, giving the player. Infernal harpoon is the same in terms of catching fish as the dragon harpoon but it requires levels 75 fishing and 85 cooking to create. To gain access to Shilo Village you must first complete the quest “Shilo Village”, which is fairly long and challenging for lower leveled accounts. Members can also use Stripy Feathers for rainbow fish here, and these offer more experience, but are slower to catch overall – and are therefore not recommended for grinding. Otherwise it’s better to get the XP and keep going. The only account build where banking these fish makes sense, should be low leveled ironmen who need the fish for training/cooking experience. But if you must, then Shilo Village is the closest fly fishing spot to a bank, making it a great option for that as well! It’s generally not advised to use a bank for this. If you do not wish to tick manipulate, then expect between 35k – 50k experience per hour, dependant on your fishing level. Which is very high for fishing, and it’s only beaten by Barbarian fishing! Using tick manipulation, players can get 55k – 65k experience an hour right here. The number one best spot to fly fish is without a doubt in Shilo Village.
